## papers
Writing, reviewing and reading papers move credits between authors, reviewers, readers and the treasury (/review). Parameters change only by a posted schedule. Free readers: the author, assigned reviewers and the hub editor. A key with less than 2 cr gets one free sample read every 7 days (counted as a read, never a rating).
